This has nothing to do with your graphics card. The only thing that would require a better card is 3d stuff like maya. Or possibly some of those gfx enhanced transitions in premiere.
Try another stick of ram.

hi, im new to this forum and a beginner at filmmaking. i have bought vegas 6 and am wondering how to do the opening scene with the gun barrel and the white dots that is in james bond. I have photoplus 6 freeware but i dont have photoshop only vegas 6. Is there a way to do this?
