Quirk of Fate

This is our next project. I have written this script up to Draft 3. But now I open it up to our group, just in case I have missed something obvious, or they have a great idea that I didn't think of. So, this will probably change, and parts have already changed. But, I would like to read your opinion...

RE: Sorry I have been gone

I have had this idea for a while - since my idea of a Star Trek novel that I don't have time to write - it is contact lenses that are synced in with your gun via a chip that is inserted just under the skin of your scalp. The contacts - when your weapon is drawn - give you a target so your shots are ...

RE: Living Grave

I just watched your film. It was pretty good. The Good: Some nice shots. The camera work tells the story well enough. The news report was well done. The reporter looked too young though. The acting was fine. The blood looked good. The bad: The story is not original. Not your own music. Your final sh...

In our film Trepidation we had to film a scene in the sea. So I was in the sea in a Dry suit, attempting to hold the dinghy still, whilst my Director of Cinematoghraphy filmed our actor. Pictures 5 and 6 show the location. http://s42.photobucket.com/albums/e316/DarkElastic/Trepidation/?action=view&a...

I liked this film, well done. I won't do a full review as most of the comments I would make have already been made. But, I will add two that have not been mentioned. 1. When the soldier gets shot and we see his leg it looks as if you have just poured some blood on the material. There should have bee...

RE: Movie: Dead Conspiracy (download now)

I really enjoyed this film. It had the obvious Amateur look, but the effects, shots and script were that bit better than others on here. The Good: The story was good and easy to follow. The Script was good. The shots were varied and kept it interesting. The editing was sharp and kept the films pace ...

The classic Zombies with exposed innards are always a winner. Zombie children are just plain scary. Some of the Ghosts in the 'Thirteen Ghosts' film could be used for inspiration.

A zombie pushing a mangled Zombie in a Wheelbarrow could be nice.

(I like Zombies) Muhahahahahahahaha

RE: "A Camp Chataqua Carol"

The film was a good idea. I will add, I like the Elements effect for the end. The Good: The story is an adaptation of a classic. The script was good. You had simple effects that helped the story in places. You had a good number of actors. The acting was good in places, average in others. The bad: No...

I don't know much about animation, so I cannot give you pointers about that. But I can tell you what I thought about it. I thought it was very good, I really enjoyed it. It had blood in it - brilliant. Also it is not a happy ending, which I like - far to many of them. The only bad point I can see - ...

Well the editing is getting better, but some of the shots still cause a jump. Definately an improvement though.

All you need to do now is write a script and make a film instead of just training vids.

I have just watched it and liked it. The good: Simple story, but you captured the emotions well. The actors were well cast and did a good job. Costumes were very good. Props were very good. The boarded up, run down area suited the film well. The music was your own and suited the film. You managed a ...

Well done. What great Narration. Anthony Self should be congratulated for great writing in this film. I really enjoyed it. It had class about it, like the Football Factory. Good British black humour within a bad situation. The twist was foreseeable, but it kept you wondering how it would happen. The...

Excellent, really funny. I enjoyed that. The good: The comic beginning and end was very nice. The hero and side kick characters were brilliant. Your fighting was very good when it needed it to be, and stupid when you needed it to be. Even though lightsabers have been overdone, they fit in your film ...

I watched it. It was good, but had a few problems. I enjoyed it though. The good: The blood effects were nice. The gun sounds were good. The music was placed very well. At times the slow motion and speed up scenes looks really effective. The hammer scene was the best in the film. The splatter sound ...

I don't want to work in Hollywood. I hate a lot of things about Hollywood!!! I am here to watch other's films, comment on them, learn some new things and also post my films on the site. I am not here to have my film absolutely raped by someone who obviously has no idea!!! If my film was that bad it ...
