Fallen are Silent Trailer
"'Cause their dead, ZOMG!"
Cast members were bugging the hell out of me to make one so I did. Also ended up making a new logo. Modeled after The Kingdom Trailer 2, because I need to get it out of my system..

RE: Fallen are Silent Trailer
OK..........From the trailer i had know idea what the hell was going on, all i could see what was happen was people killing each other.
I think you was meant to kind of tell the viewers what was going on. But im new to low budget fills, so i cant really have much of a say.

That's basically it, the entire movie is under 2.5 minutes long.tecmeister wrote:OK..........From the trailer i had know idea what the hell was going on, all i could see what was happen was people killing each other.

Well technically it is not a movie it is a video clip.
Coz im new will someone be able to fill me in on all of the basic.
Members on this forum do you all create a movie that last from 3 -10 mins, 10 - 20mins, 30 - 1hr?
Im trying to create a full on movie. Is that a bad idea?

If you're new to filmmaking, that's really ambitious. Most people start off making a bunch of short films, cause they're much easier to handle than a feature.

Yes, if you're new at it, definitely start with short films. Otherwise, because a feature takes so long to make and you're constantly getting better, you end up with a movie where some scenes are really good and others really aren't.

I can see what you're saying, but to me they look like they were tracked fine.only thing I didn't like were the 2 hits the girl gave to the car, looked to me like dust somehow came off.
Yup.Did you also use a consumer miniDV and fix the look in AE?

Hope this works- (I also might add most of my footage was alittle overexposed giving me alot of leg room with corrections) But really, color balance is your BEST friend.Could you describe what you did in After Effects to make the picture look as good as it does?
Detfilms, of course. Also, where did you get the smoke, dust, richochet, etc. effects?
