That Buzzing sound
how do I get rid of that annoying buzzing sound from the camcorder motor. Isnt there a program or silencer to well...silence it?

RE: That Buzzing sound
You can either use a seperate microphone orrr...
find the program Cool Edit (it was once freeware) and use the noise reduction tool. It's not perfect, but it helps.
I used it for the whole of the Chemical Ali soundtrack and it was a nightmare sync'ing up all the sound

Reduce motor noise
Add a "baffle". That could be anything from a piece of a blanket to some foam rubber attached to the camera near the motor. Could even be tied or rubber-banded on. The baffle will absorb some of the noise.
60cycle hum
this will sound like alot to do but it works.. if you want to get rid of that hum. re-record the hum, then reverse the phase and play it back, or re-record. that will cancel itself out..
